Advanced Features
🔌 Why use the Public API?
Shamel's public API lets you connect to external tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, Power Automate, or custom apps. Fetch clients, invoices, and projects — or auto-create entries. Example: connect a Google Form to Shamel to auto-create a contact on submission.
To get your API key:
Go to Settings → API Key → Generate new key
Use the key in request headers: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY

💡 What are Service Orders?
When a customer visits your public site and submits a service request, it lands in 'Service Orders'. This section is only available for: Services, Medical Clinics, Freelancers, and Beauty Salons.
